Working With Your Insurance:

As a courtesy, we’re happy to help you get the most from your benefits. If you provide us with your insurance information a couple of days before your visit, we can get a breakdown from your provider. This allows us to give you a detailed treatment plan that clearly estimates what your insurance may cover and what your portion will be.

Payment Options:

We want to make your care accessible and have several convenient ways to take care of your portion. Payment is due at the time of your visit.

  • We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash and personal checks.
  • For those who prefer to pay over time, we also partner with CareCredit®, which offers flexible and affordable monthly payment plans.

For our patients without dental insurance, or for those looking for a straightforward alternative, we are proud to offer our in-house membership plan. For a simple yearly fee, your preventive care is covered, including cleanings, examinations, and all necessary x-rays. The plan also includes a discount on any other treatment you may need. It’s a simple, transparent way to make your health a priority.

What does “out-of-network” mean?

It just means that we haven’t signed a contract with your insurance company, so our dentists aren’t beholden to the fees they dictate. This allows us to base our fees on what is fair, to give you the best possible treatment without compromise. But you can still use your insurance here.

Why should I choose you if you’re out-of-network with my insurance?

Because we’re out-of-network, your treatment plan is decided by you and us, based on what’s best for your health—not on what an insurance company is willing to cover. It gives us the freedom to dedicate more time to you and deliver the highest quality of care, without any compromises whatsoever.

Will my insurance still pay for my treatment?

Yes, in most cases you will still receive benefits from your PPO plan. The main difference is that you would pay our office for your care, and then your insurance company sends a reimbursement check directly to you. Our team is fantastic at helping you with all the paperwork to make sure you get the maximum benefit you’re entitled to.

  • University of Miami Student Discount: We are pleased to offer a special discount for students of the University of Miami. Please call our office for more details or view the special here.

Appointment Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment. A fee may be applied for appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice.
